the team dealt with the problem of textile waste in Uzice and their focus was the sustainability of the urban ecosystem through the prototype of green - a super machine for sorting textile waste and its recycling, but also air purification. The vending machine directly engages the local community and encourages it to take care of green areas so that the exchange process functions as a game because for different quantities of textiles, planting material is given as a reward to the bearer. The prototype was conceived with integration with micro: bit.
The jury singled out this paper because it recognizes the local problem, involves the community in an interactive way, understands the idea and is an important link in the "circular economy" of an ecosystem, as well as the potential sustainability of this solution.
