Hanoi is a beautiful city but it is polluted because of fossil fuels. We want to use clean energy such as wind energy and solar energy. In summer, Hanoi is full of sunshine. It is suitable to use solar panels to get electricity. However, in the winter, we have gray skies and a lot of wind. Therefore, we think of combining two kinds of clean energy. We have a wind turbine with a solar panel on it. The turbine can use solar panels in summer and wind turbines in winter. The electricity that the turbine makes can be used for traffic lights. Our ideas can help Hanoi cleaner in the future.
